Submissions

The Journal invites well-written articles on current issues that advocate well-reasoned public policy arguments. However, the public policy argument must be central and clear.

We encourage submissions from all disciplines and welcome all viewpoints. It is the express policy of the Editorial Board “to publish good articles, regardless of the source.” In addition, the Journal encourages timely responses to articles it publishes, thereby furthering both public policy debate and bona fide dialogue.

Format & Style

Authors should provide the Journal with a typed, double-spaced manuscript in Microsoft Word format only. Because we use footnote formatting in our publication, a manuscript’s citations should conform to the most recent edition of “The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.”

Submit a Manuscript

All submissions should include a brief abstract and a resume or CV. Cover letters are not required but are permitted. Authors who elect to mail their manuscripts should also provide the same in electronic form.

During peak submission times, the Journal cannot guarantee a response to each submission. We appreciate your understanding.
